Sides, called banchan, accompany every Korean meal. In Korea banchan are eaten by everyone at the table together with chopsticks and complement the flavors of the entrée or table grill.

To complete and complement dishes, banchan, typical Korean sides, are served. We include three bowls filled with different banchan depending on the time of year with every main dish which are placed at the center of the table and shared by all.
