Fruity sweetness is perfect as a finish to a savory meal. Our desserts are, as in Korea usual, served without whipped cream which makes them even lighter and digestible.
초콜릿 쿠키 빙수
Chocolate cookie bingsu
Shaved ice with chocolate-raspberry topping
Probably one of the most popular desserts in Korea is bingsu. The thin, snowlike ice is shaved from a block of frozen, slightly sweetened milk with a sharp knife and served on a bed of raspberry puree. Besides the topping of crumbled up cookies the bingsu is topped with sweet, boiled adzuki beans and decorated with various, seasonal fruits.
Daechu uyu bap
Date rice pudding
Small chunks of Korean dates give this rice pudding its sweet, nutty flavor which we finish with cinnamon sugar. Three components - the warm rice pudding, pleasantly acidic raspberry concentrate and a scoop of creamy vanilla ice cream - create an incredible variety in this dessert.
Soo jeong gwa
Traditional sweet sip of cinnamon
A Korean cinnamon punch with a slight ginger spiciness that is drunk cold but warms you up.,
유자 소스 크랩
Traditional sweet rice drink
Sikhye is a typically Korean rice beverage whose mild sweetness and unique barley aroma are valued highly as a dessert.,
The malted barley that acts as the main component contains the enzyme amylase that promotes the process of digestion. For this reason Skihye is traditionally served after large feasts.
Milk chocolate crêpes
